Digital Transformation – we aim to digitize processes and resources as well as improving plant process automation. We look for solutions that will allow us to predict possible failures, efficiently perform maintenance and utilize employee time. The implementation effect should be cost reduction (repair cost, breakdown elimination, employee time savings).
Green Deal Innovations and Circular Economy – we search for, among others, innovative solutions alllowing for reducing the process energy consumption, solids separation from industrial wastewater, recovery of mineral components used for fertilizer production from ash waste and biomas incineration as well as innovative methods used for productions of green amonia, hydrogen and bioplasticizers.
Energy efficiency – we aim to increase energy efficiency (including traditional energetic processes), reduction of energy consumption of intermediate and finished products manufacturing, capturing and management of CO2 (program development for planning, monitoring and auditing energetic actions).
Eco-fertilizers and fertilizer additives – we search for solutions allowing for development of fertilizer additives (plant growth stimulators, micro and macro ingridients, improving fertilization effectivness, improving plant natural immunity againts abiotic stress, allowing food plants to fortify in scarce elements) as well as biological origin.
Innovative plastics – we look for new plastics applications (applications for polyamide, polypropylene, thermoplastic starch); high strength biodegradable material, applications for filaments for polyamide 6, thermoplastic starch and other materials for FDM and SLS 3D printing technology, any type of innovation in plastic recycling and application for regranulate or OXO alcohols processing.
